Accessing BIOS Issue

Hi All!

I don't seem to be able to access my BIOS by pressing any of the different keys on start up but apparently you can access it through Windows (W10). Can't remember how I got there now but I followed instructions online and got to this blue screen with options and UEFI Firmware settings weren't there. Apparently this means I have the wrong motherboard to access BIOS?

AMD-V is disabled, which is why I'm trying to access it. I need to enable it. Is it possible?
